What to write about

• A scale or formula looks wrong. Tell us the page, the numbers you entered, and what your school uses — corrections with a source (a syllabus or handbook) get fixed first.
• A calculator you wish existed. Grade and GPA maths only — if students are searching for it and the maths is honest, it belongs here.
• Something is broken. The page, your device, and what happened is enough for us to reproduce most problems.

What we cannot do

We cannot check, change or appeal a real grade — only your teacher and your school can do that. We cannot tell you your official GPA; your school's transcript is the only official version, and our methodology page explains where our numbers can differ from it. And we never need your personal details to answer a question — please do not send transcripts, student IDs or login details for any school system.

We read everything and reply where a reply helps, usually within a few days. During finals weeks — when half the internet's students are awake at 2 a.m. — it can take a little longer.
