What SemesterGrade is

SemesterGrade provides free grade and GPA calculators, reference scales and downloadable spreadsheet templates for planning purposes. By using the site you accept these terms.

Estimates, not official records

Every result on this site is an estimate based on the numbers you enter and the published scales on our methodology page. Grade scales, weighting policies, rounding rules and grade-forgiveness policies are set by individual schools and vary between them. Your official grades and GPA are whatever your school records, and where our estimate and your school's figure differ, your school is right. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for decisions with deadlines or consequences — scholarships, eligibility, graduation — without confirming with your school.

Acceptable use

• Use the calculators and templates for your own planning, teaching or advising.
• Do not misrepresent results from this site as official school documents, and do not use the site or its content to falsify any academic record.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or remove attribution from the templates if you redistribute them.

Templates

The downloadable templates are free for personal and classroom use. You may share the unmodified files with attribution to SemesterGrade. They are provided as-is; check any formula before relying on a modified copy, as edits are yours, not ours.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the maths correct and correct errors when they are reported, but we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on an estimate, or for the site being unavailable at any particular moment.

Changes
